The aroma is malty with a rich, lightly toasted empty. A little tangy vinegar tones, diacetyl and a little nuts. A rather mild roasted malty tone also dominate the taste. A little hint of salt / broth / meat. Roasted nuts, a little margarine, cherry. The aftertaste is mild and creamy with notions of barbecued meat, nuts, brown bread and a slightly spicy finish. Carbon dioxide is strong. too strong ... A bit sharp indeed. Small bubbles. The fluid is a little thin.

The colour is dark brownish red. The foam is two fingers high, white and compact. The aroma is sweet and malty with roasted undertones. A little coffee, dark rye bread, a little vanilla, a little bitterness, alcohol and a very dilute idea of the earth.

The first taste is sweet but it fades quickly to a more balanced sweetness and gives room for the heavily roasted malt. Weak flavours of espresso, yeast, margarine and a slowly increasing bitterness. The aftertaste is malty with just a little bit of salt. Mild roasted malt tones, some margarine and a dry bitterness that stays in the background. Carbonation is medium to strong, small bubbles. The liquid is medium-soft in the mouth. Seems like a good Munich Dunkel.
